Description
Kärcher’s Puzzi 30/4 makes carpet and upholstery cleaning easier and more productive. Using the proven spray-extraction method but with the added advantage of Kärcher’s revolutionary flexible suction tool, the 30/4 deep cleans carpets and leaves only a market-leading 9% residual moisture. This means that carpets and upholstery are left almost completely dry, reducing the risk of resoiling and enabling cleaned areas to be used again very quickly. The 30/4 has a very small footprint to make storage and transportation easy, and to enable use in confined spaces. The new removable dirty tank makes emptying and refilling easy and safe.
The machine design places great emphasis on ergonomic, stress-free and time-saving cleaning. The EASY-Operation concept and the ergonomic upright stance make handling much easier. The learning curve is smooth, thanks to easily understandable pictograms. The dirty water tank is removable, and the handle and shape of the tank are designed for ergonomic transport. The container is easy to clean, which also makes it suitable for filling the fresh water tank. The short set-up period saves time and money. The drying time with this machine is up to 30% shorter than with competitive products. This is partially due to the flexible suction lip, which always assures an optimal suction angle. The Puzzi 30/4 is easy to carry, even when lying flat with a full fresh water tank, and its large castor wheels make it easy to transport over stairs.

Delivery and Collection

We’re not able to offer delivery or collection on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Your machine will be delivered between 8am and 5pm on your chosen rental start date (excluding Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays). Please ensure the correct person is present at the delivery address between these hours to sign for the machine and receive any training needed. If you have any questions please call us on 0345 222 8000.
You must call us on 0345 222 8000 or email [email protected] to terminate the Hire and obtain an ‘Off Hire Number’ on the last working day of the Hire period. Hires are not automatically terminated.
If the requested machine isn’t available we reserve the right to offer an alternative machine, alternative Hire dates, or cancel and refund the order.

Servicing And Maintenance
At Kärcher Hire, we understand sometimes machines break down, we prioritise keeping your business running smoothly with our best-in-class response to any breakdowns. In the unlikely event of a malfunction, our expert technicians will be onsite within 24 hours to repair your machine. If we are unable to repair the machine, we will exchange the faulty machine within 48 hours. For long-term rentals of 12 months or more, we provide annual service visits according to manufacturer recommendations to minimise unexpected downtime. Our proactive maintenance and rapid response ensure your cleaning machine remains operational, giving you confidence and peace of mind to complete the job.
FAQs
Do I need to use detergent with the machine?

Detergent is recommend to give the most effective cleaning performance for operator, machine and environment. We have a wide selection of detergent available dependant on the task in hand which can be viewed in the detergents section, or alternatively if you contact us we will be able to advise on more specific applications.
What happens when I am finished with the machine?

It is your responsibility to off hire the equipment when you no longer need it. To avoid aborted journey’s we do not accept auto off hires and you must contact the hire team to obtain an off-hire reference. An off-hire reference will be provided to confirm the off hire and a collection date will be scheduled. To off hire please contact us.
Will training be provided on delivery?

Yes training is provided upon delivery, Certificated Training to take place on delivery of your machine so the operator can confidently use the machine and be able to carry out daily maintenance checks. Our Kärcher academy trained driver demonstrators will provide training to new operators to ensure they are confident and competent to use and maintain the equipment for the period of your hire.
