Quality Policy
It is the policy of Kärcher Hire to hire equipment that has been serviced and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers’ requirements.
We shall provide equipment to the customer’s requirements.
Dealings with our customers shall always be courteous, friendly and helpful.
This will be achieved by the conformance of all employees to the policies defined in the Quality Management System Manual and the methods defined in Operating Procedures.
We are committed to complying with our QMS, with the aim of continually improving its effectiveness. In order to do so, we define and review quality objectives regularly.
The Quality Management System is administered by the Operations Director and the Managing Director.
