The roller brush automatically adjusts to uneven surfaces and the innovative sweeping system reduces wear and tear to a minimum. The main roller brush can be easily changed without tools. The waste container automatically closes during transport. Two horizontally installed flat pleated filters ensure clean air under heavy dust conditions. Filter cleaning can be done with the push of a button using a highly effective dual scraper. The filter is optimally accessible and can be easily changed without the need for tools. The motor is also easy to access. The basic functions can be conveniently selected with a control thanks to the EASY Operation Concept. Your machine will be delivered between 8am and 5pm on your chosen rental start date (excluding Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays). Please ensure the correct person is present at the delivery address between these hours to sign for the machine and receive any training needed. You must call us on 0345 222 8000 or email [email protected] to terminate the Hire and obtain an ‘Off Hire Number’ on the last working day of the Hire period. Hires are not automatically terminated.
If the requested machine isn’t available we reserve the right to offer an alternative machine, alternative Hire dates, or cancel and refund the order.

If we are unable to repair the machine, we will exchange the faulty machine within 48 hours. For long-term rentals of 12 months or more, we provide annual service visits according to manufacturer recommendations to minimise unexpected downtime. Our proactive maintenance and rapid response ensure your cleaning machine remains operational, giving you confidence and peace of mind to complete the job.

What happens when I am finished with the machine?
It is your responsibility to off hire the equipment when you no longer need it. To avoid aborted journey’s we do not accept auto off hires and you must contact the hire team to obtain an off-hire reference. An off-hire reference will be provided to confirm the off hire and a collection date will be scheduled. To off hire please contact us.
