Clean Sweep UK are proud to announce we will be exhibiting at Foodex 2016 from the 18th to the 20th of April at Birmingham’s NEC Arena. Foodex is the UK’s foremost trade showcase event for those involved in the food and drink industry – specifically its processing, packaging, ingredients and logistics sectors.
Alongside the Clean Sweep team visitors to Foodex 2016 can also look forward to some fantastic exhibitions from household names such as Beko, Multivac, Reiser UK, Kawasaki, Sharp, Handtmann and Toyota to name just a few.
Foodex 2016 sold out two months ahead of its April launch date and follows the successful staging of 2014’s Foodex event where 40% of this year’s exhibitors also made an appearance. The theme of this year’s Foodex is to be focused towards the current growth of the British food and drink manufacturing sector, and exhibitors will demonstrate a range of products, services and techniques that are at the forefront of this success.
Visitors will also encounter expert analysis and commentary from seasoned industry professionals who will share their valuable insights into forthcoming trends and their tips on maximising productivity and efficiency within the sector.
Over a hundred sessions involving two hundred and fifty expert speakers will be in attendance at this year’s Foodex, with a range of issues covered including skill shortages, supply chain efficiency, and many other key topics relevant to a range of different sectors of the food and drinks industry.
But of course the appeal of Foodex goes far beyond the sales pitches from companies eager to showcase their new products, as it also offers industry professionals the chance to network and speak directly to potential new suppliers, customers and competitors. 2016’s Foodex event will showcase more than 350 exhibitors from eight different sectors of the food and drink industry over three days, and Clean Sweep will be there to proudly demonstrate our fantastic range of brand new cleaning machines.
