Your machine will be delivered between 8am and 5pm on your chosen rental start date (excluding Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays). Please ensure the correct person is present at the delivery address between these hours to sign for the machine and receive any training needed. You must call us on 0345 222 8000 or email hire.uk@karcher.com to terminate the Hire and obtain an ‘Off Hire Number’ on the last working day of the Hire period. Hires are not automatically terminated.

If the requested machine isn’t available we reserve the right to offer an alternative machine, alternative Hire dates, or cancel and refund the order.

In the unlikely event of a malfunction, our expert technicians will be onsite within 24 hours to repair your machine. If we are unable to repair the machine, we will exchange the faulty machine within 48 hours. For long-term rentals of 12 months or more, we provide annual service visits according to manufacturer recommendations to minimise unexpected downtime. Our proactive maintenance and rapid response ensure your cleaning machine remains operational, giving you confidence and peace of mind to complete the job.

What happens when I am finished with the machine?

It is your responsibility to off hire the equipment when you no longer need it. To avoid aborted journey’s we do not accept auto off hires and you must contact the hire team to obtain an off-hire reference. An off-hire reference will be provided to confirm the off hire and a collection date will be scheduled. To off hire please contact us.
